Enables display of the recorder's response to the workstation watchdog command
on the diagnostic monitor. The watchdog response has the following format:
"[MPE->Host]:[W<code>] (<timestamp>)" where <timestamp> is the time since
startup in 25 msec increments, and <code> is one of the following: 0 = ready, 1
= initializing, 2 = first watchdog, 3 = image(s) active, 4 = suspended, 5 =
flushing.
